This blog is devoted to nurturing

and sustaining our sense of well-being (comfortable, healthy, happy) and appreciating its life-affirming benefits.  Weekly posts will focus in three areas: BE-KNOW-DO

When it comes to a sense of well-being, we often know what to do, but have difficulty following through (for various reasons).  As a result, our KNOW-DO gaps (what we know is good or works, compared to what we do about what we know) is often great. Since what we do with what we know often depends on and/or is enhanced by our state of being, it makes sense to tend to and nurture this aspect as well. Thus, I offer the BE-KNOW-DO blog as a way to encourage well-being through a simple practice.

BE I remember the day, after being challenged for many years by the relentless whisper of my inner critic (“You’re not good enough!”) . . . and the part of me in collusion with my inner saboteur, who tried without success to keep me from my commitment to self-discovery, personal growth and healing . . . when finally I was able to greet the day with joy in my heart and shout out loud “Yes! Today I get to be ME!” KNOW Here’s one of my favorite “remember to be me” quotes: “There is a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening that is translated through you into action, and because there is only one of you in all of time, this expression is unique. And if you block it, it will never exist
